Al piano terra di un tipico palazzo Veneziano, si trova questo appartamento nuovo e molto carino, con piccola corte privata dove è possibile consumare la colazione all'aperto.
Questo bell'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dalla scuola di San Giovanni Evangelista, un complesso, comprendente la chiesa, la Scuola e la corte.

- camera doppia
- bagno privato con doccia;
- salotto/cucina
- completo di biancheria e accessori
- TV e forno a microonde
- piccolo giardino privato
L'appartamento può ospitare all'occorrenza quattro persone.
Da Piazzale Roma - Venezia, è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi
- Su richiesta è possibile effetuare il trasferimento da/per l'areoporto a Piazzale Roma terminal.

Sono Francesca Calcinai e ho soggiornato la scorsa settimana a Venezia nell'alloggio della signora Cristina. la signora è stata gentilissima e l'appartamento delizioso e comodissimo, sia come spazi che come ubicazione nella città. Hi I just wanted to say thankyou for helping us find accommodation for Venice, we had a lovely time and the accommodation and its owner was very nice! I just wanted to give you some feedback on the apartment: The sofa bed in the lounge was very very hard and very old! so we had many sleepless nights because of this. Also, its hard to sleep in the lounge, as there is noise from outside, noise from the fridge and from the heating coming on. On your website you say this flat can accommodate up to 4 people, but we find it hard to believe how two people could sleep in the sofa bed as it was so uncomfortable! We just thought it may be worth suggesting to the owner that she could replace the sofa bed for something nicer, so future visitors get a good nights sleep :) Thanks again Emma |
