The apartment is located in a narrow Venetian street called "Del Rosa", family name of mercants that used to live there.The next street is "Calle della Regina" famous for his history. Overlooking the Canal Grande there is the "Corner" or "Cornaro"

The apartment is placed in the middle of the city. It is five minuts far from the Rialto's market, where turists and Venetians can buy fish, fruits and vegetables, and fifteen minutes far from S.Marco's square , known as the "world's drawing-room" due to its beauty, the several historical cofee-shops placed all around the square, that make the square itself as precious as a diamond.
The apartment is composed of a small entrance, a living-room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. At the walls are hung lithography and venician subject paintings.
In the apartment there are television, washing-machine, microwave-oven, hair-dryer, crockery, dishes and pots, that allow guests to have a confortable stay.
