The villa is situated 800 mt above sea level, in the heart of the National Park of Abruzzo, near Scontreone, deep in the green of the river valley Sangro, old settling place of the "Sanniti".

Scontrone The area offers the opportunity to practise every kind of winter sport in the near by skiing resort of Roccaraso, about 12 km far. All year round there are organised guided excursions and tours to discover the beauty of the National Park of Abruzzo, the museums and the archeological sites. During the natural excursions it is possible to pratise some wild animal watching like the dear of Abruzzo, the linx and the brown bear Marsicano
The villa, newly built, is surrounded by a tree garden of 4.000 sq.mt. and offers 8 bedrooms, each with private bathroom.. A shared kitchen is at guests disposal. Spacious parking .
