You stay in the apartment in the villa on a bed and breakfast basis ( continental breakfast ). Alternatively, if you are a family or small group of friends ( 4 people at least ), you can have a whole side of the apartment for a self- catering holiday.

The apartment is located in a lovely 14th century villa which has been recently restored in keeping with the traditional style of the Veneto region. The villa is surrounded by a large garden with mature trees which provide plenty of shade. Guests can park their car in the courtyard at the back of the house or in the lane next to the villa.
A three flored tower of medieval origin is part of the apartment. The three rooms in the tower are very nice and enjoy of a beautiful sight, but the tower is a shared space ( 4 beds in all ).
Ponte Florio is a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the pretty village of Montorio, surrounded by hills and vineyards and yet only 5 Kms from the centre of Verona. At the end of our road there is a bus stop where the number 13 bus runs every 15 minutes, taking you directly to the city centre and railway station. Recent archaeological studies have shown that the village was one of the earliest settlement in Verona, so the area has many sites of historic interest, such as its castle and hot springs.
